IMPROVEMENT OF KALAKLAN GATE
1. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, through the FY2026 Corporate Operating Budget for the
contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four
Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PhP5,430,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF
KALAKLAN GATE / SBMA-BAC-INFRA-IB-06-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority now invites bids for:
