1.The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, through the FY2025 Corporate Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUBIC BAY MARKER AT AIRPORT / SBMA-BAC-INFRA-IB-06-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority now invites bids for:
