The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the 2025 SBMA Corporate
Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty-Five
Thousand Pesos (Php 2,655,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the ABC to
payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Rental of Band Instruments,
LED Video Wall, Electronic Lights and Sound System for 2025 SBMA Events and
Activities / SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-14-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
