Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends, to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6,100,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS, SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-12-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for the 1 lot - SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS using the Fit for Purpose procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
