  1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends, to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 9,500,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUBSCRIPTION TO EXISTING ENDPOINT SECURITY WITH MANAGED DETECTION AND RESPONSE (MDR) SERVICES, SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-04-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
