The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the Corporate Budget
Approved by the Governing Board for 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million
Eighty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos (1,085,830.00). Inclusive of
VAT and all other applicable taxes being the ABC to payments under the contract
for the CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICAL
SUPPLIES AND FIRST AID KIT /SBMA-BAC-GOOD-IB-58-2025. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
