  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER/S FOR CATERING OF VARIOUS SBMA TOURISM-MANAGED ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS, CONFERENCES AND SUMMITS, SEMINARS AND TRAININGS, AND CRUISE SHIP ARRIVALS
  
  The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the Corporate Budget Approved by the Governing Board for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million, Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (Php 7,337,761.00) Inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Service Provider of Catering Services for the Tourism Department Events and Activities / SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-22-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
