The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act for 2024 intends to apply the sums of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE MILLION PESOS ONLY (139,000,000) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. SBAC 2025-02 entitled “ACQUISITION OF 23.5-METER STEEL HULL FISHING VESSELS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
