Barangay Cabawan, Tagbilaran City
1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Cabawan, intends to apply the amount of One Million Pesos
(PHP1,000,000.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payments for the
competition for Saulog Festival King and Festival Queen, ritual showdown and mutya sa tagbilaran
2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Cabawan now invites bids for the Competition for Saulog Festival
King and Festival Queen, Ritual showdawn and Mutya sa Tagbilaran 20225 The work is required
within 15 working days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (15) days from the date of
submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible
