Description : San Roque Elementary School, San Roque, Zamboanga City, through its District Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services covering the period June 16, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Scope of Work:

1. Deployment:

Two (2) licensed security guards, 1 guard assigned to duty from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 1 guard assigned to duty from 6:00PM to 6:00AM.

Security personnel shall ensure the safety of students, school personnel, visitors, and school property.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain security and order within the school premises.
Monitor and control access at entry/exit points.
Conduct routine patrols and ensure the safety of students and staff.
Enforce school rules and respond to security incidents.
Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.

3. Minimum Requirements:

Must be licensed by PNP-SOSIA and accredited by DOLE.
At least two (2) years of experience in security services.
