SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of 1 Solar-Powered Pump Station,HDPE Pipelines & Structures (Conduct of Well Drilling under San Miguel CIS
APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT: Php 2,528,207.34
CONTRACT DURATION: 90 calendar days
The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Northern Samar Irrigation Management Office (NSIMO), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites Domestic Contractors, registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), to bid for the hereunder contracts. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Prospective Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of republic Act 9184 (R.A 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
