1. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc, through the Annual Budget 70% of 5% LDRRM Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos and Eighty Centavos (497,304.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Safety Upgrading and Improvement of Udiyao CIS at Luhong, Tinoc, Ifugao and TINOC-2025-021 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
