INCLUSIONS:
1. Provide manpower with the personnel
protective equipment (PPE). Receiving of waste
storage, treatment and final disposal
2. All hazardous waste must be disposed within
90 calendar days.
3. Company must be accredited with the DENR
EMB as TSD facility provider.
4. Payment will be based on the actual number
of kilogram treated and disposed at rate of 30.00
(thirty) per kilogram as awarded.
5. TSD facility provider must issue Certificate of
Treatment within 45 days after receiving all
hazardous wastes.
