b. Treatment/Disinfection/Destruction
c. Disposal of Waste Collection, transport,
treatment, storage and disposal of hospital
infectious waste based on DOH manual on
Health Care Waste Management.
WASTE INCLUDED:
*Infectious waste, sharps, pathological and
anatomical, pharmaceutical and chemical
*Services to be rendered shall be strict
compliance to DOH Health Care Waste
Management manual, 3rd edition
*Hauling of at least 10, 000 kilograms of
Hazardous Medical Waste. shall transported at
least twice a week
*All Hazardous Waste must be disposed within
Ninety (90) days
*Company must be accredited with the
ENVIRONMENTALMANAGEMENTBUREAU
(EMB), DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT
AND NATURALRESOURCES(DENR) as
transporter with treatment plant facility.
*Hauling will commence in three (3) calendar
days after the approval of permit to transport
(PTT)
