Quotations, including documentary requirements, received after the deadline shall not be accepted. For quotations submitted via electronic mail, the date and time of receipt indicated in the e-mail shall be regarded as the date/time of receipt.

Subsequent to the evaluation of quotation/s, the winning supplier/s must submit a Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement.
