The Barangay Government of Mabini, San Andres, Romblon through 20% Barangay Development Fund 2025 (Brgy. Resolution No.12 Series of 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php246,950.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project: Rubberization and Bench of Basketball Court at Barangay Mabini, San Andres, Romblon. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
