Description : 1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND 98/100 PESOS ONLY (₱19,103,833.98) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2025. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
