Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. PROJECT AND LOCATION
To provide accommodation for 24 participants for the conduct of 39th National Coconut Week COINS Award in The Westin Manila, San Miguel Avenue cor. Lourdes Drive, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City on September 1-3, 2025. Preferably with atleast 2 to 3 stars rating and within the vicinity of Ortigas Center near from The Westin Manila .
II. SCOPE OF WORK
Provide air-conditioned rooms for the accomodation for 24 participants. Preferably twin sharing rooms with television set, toiletries, and towels with free breakfast.

III. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
