Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ROAD WIDENING AT POBLACION BARANGAY IV, ROXAS, PALAWAN
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through Supplemental No.5, CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the ROAD WIDENING AT POBLACION BARANGAY IV, ROXAS, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for ROAD WIDENING AT POBLACION BARANGAY IV, ROXAS, PALAWAN. The Procurement Project completion works is required within 135 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. The bid amount of each project shall not exceed the ABC per project, and shall not exceed the total amount of ABC.
