1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2025 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS AND 20/100 ONLY (Php 26,528,955.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD WIDENING OF ARTECHE BOULEVARD, CONSTRUCTION FO PERIMETER FENCE AND OTHER IMPROVEMENT WORKS OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING ALONG ARTECHE BLVD., CATBALOGAN CITY - Project ID No.: AUG05-2025-060. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
