Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Ba-i, Lagayan, thru the FY 2024 - 20% Economic Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND TWENTY CENTS ONLY (PHP 400,457.20), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "ROAD WIDENING AND CONCRETING OF BA-I TO PARPARINGON FMR (LIBTEC SECTION)". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Ba-i, Lagayan, now invites bids for the ROAD WIDENING AND CONCRETING OF BA-I TO PARPARINGON FMR (LIBTEC SECTION).
