1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2024, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - 20% Development Fund - Road Reblocking/Improvement intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five and 95/100 (PhP9,793,735.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Reblocking of Camaman-an Barangay Road, Camaman-an; SN 154 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty Seven (127) Calendar Days.
