1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2023 -20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO AND 40/100 PESOS ONLY (₱ 499,872.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Opening from National Road 5A-s to Elizaga Road, (Road opening of 4.0m width x 141.0m Length FTM Road), Baretbet, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Bagabag n ow invites bids for the Opening from National Road 5A-s to Elizaga Road, (Road opening of 4.0m width x 141.0m Length FTM Road), Baretbet, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the goods/services is required by seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
