The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2009 (Bond Floatation) Caticlan Marina Project Continuing intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Two Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Six Pesos and Fifty Two Centavos Only (Php 15,289,256.52) to payments under the contract for the Road Network Development at Marina Reclamation Project Phase 2, Caticlan Jetty Port, Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 087 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
