Description : 1. BIDS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at BIDS opening.
2. The Brgy. zONE II, Digos City of Davao del Sur now call for the submission of letter of intents (LOI) from the potential bidders to apply for eligibility for the above stated project. Bidders should meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the eligibility documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open public bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “PASS/FAIL” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform ACT”.
4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / Sole proprietorship, partnership, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organization of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens.
