1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, through the 20% Development Fund, CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos & Eighty Four Centavos only (P165,569.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting located at Ubon, Papaya, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya with Invitation Number:2025-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Working Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
