  Barangay Poloyagan, Pagadian City
  
  1. The Barangay Poloyagan, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “ROAD CONCRETING OF PUROK SIMPLE”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Poloyagan now invites Bids for “ROAD CONCRETING OF PUROK SIMPLE” at Barangay Poloyagan, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
