Invitation to Bid for ROAD CONCRETING (PATHWAY) BARANGAY TABUNAN, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR (RE-BID)

1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tabunan, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund, Annual Budget 2025 - Php164,307.00 and Appropriation Ordinance No. 6 - Php159,693.00, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos only (Php324, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Concreting (Pathway), Brgy. Tabunan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
