Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [20% Development Fund of the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) with AIP Ref. Code No. 1000-000-3-1-10-010-005, intends to apply the sum of (Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Pesos Only and 04/100 (Php 999,946.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Road Concreting & Drainage Canal from Bliss Core to INHS]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Road Concreting & Drainage Canal from Bliss Core to INHS]. Completion of Works is required [60 calendar days after contract signing]. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
