Invitation to Bid for

ROAD CONCRETING OF ACCESS ROAD TO SANITARY LANDFILL
at Magadap, Minalabac Camarines Sur

1. LGU-Minalabac, Camarines Sur, through 20% and GF, CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FORTY MILLION PESOS (P 40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ROAD CONCRETING OF ACCESS ROAD TO SANITARY LANDFILL at Magadap, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Minalabac, Camarines Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors to
submit bids for ROAD CONCRETING OF ACCESS ROAD TO SANITARY LANDFILL at Magadap, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Completion of Works required 176 calendar days.
