INVITATION TO BID ROAD CONCRETING (ABELA ST. TO DAGAT-DAGATAN, BRGY. SAN MIGUEL)
1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the 20% MDF (2025) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-four Pesos and 6/100 Only (Php1,367,234.6) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ROA CONCRETING (ABELA ST. TO DAGAT-DAGATAN, BRGY. SAN MIGUEL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulat... - Documents :
