Description : Invitation to Bid for Road Concreting
No. 2025-008
1. The Barangay San Juan Accfa, through the Annual Budget 2025(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Concreting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay San Juan Accfa now invites bids for Road Concreting. Completion of the Works is required from August 04 to September 04,2025. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
