Description : ROAD ASPHALT OVERLAY

The Barangay Tungkil of Minglanilla, Cebu will be accepting bids for the PROJECT: Road Asphalt Overlay at Barangay Roads of Tungkil, Minglanilla, Cebu. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Million Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Ninety Pesos and 81/100 (Php 3,464,090.81)

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

To comply the project shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days upon the winning bidder-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, two (2) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non discretionary “pass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
