a. One (1) function room for the conduct of Regional Advisory Board (RAB) 2025 @40 pax

II. Location
a. Tacloban City or Nearby City/municipalities.
b. With available parking space within or near the venue for at least 10% of the participants.

III. Functionality of Function Room
a. Available one (1) function room for 40 pax from 7:00 A.M - ingress (venue preparation and registration) to 8:00 P.M egress (dinner and packing-up of things used) on September 13, 2025
