1. The Municipality of Jiabong, through the MOOE MHO P99,000.00 OTHR EXPENSES MAYOR-S OFFICE 34,715.38- intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY Thousand FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY Pesos & 93/100 only (Php 133,715.38) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Municipality of Jiabong, through the MOOE MHO P99,000.00 OTHR EXPENSES MAYOR-S OFFICE 34,715.38 -
. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jiabong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days and shall commence within three (3) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
