Description : Procurement of service provider for the Sanitation and Disinfection Services twice a month for six (6) months from July - December 2022

Scope of Works:

1. Sanitation and Disinfection requirements:

1.1 The Contractor shall supply all chemicals, tools, labor and all equipment necessary for the proper execution of Sanitation and Disinfection services. Chemical used must comply with requirements of relevant government authorities and be at least toxic and harmless to humans.
1.2 The contractor shall deploy skilled and well-trained technician/s to ensure correct disinfection activity.
1.3 The contractor staff shall be in complete PPE and wear an identification card during the conduct of service.
1.4 Disinfectant to be used: LEADSOL/GERMX or any FDA approved chemicals.

2. Frequency of service

2.1 Twice a month treatment for six (6) months from July to December 2022
