  Scope of works:
  
  1. Mobilization
  - Prepare necessary materials, tools (scaffolding, wrench,
  lifting gear) and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  
  2. Removal od existing roller assemblies
  - Carefully detach the panels from the overhead track system
  - Remove the worn-out assemblies from the top of the panel
  - Ensure proper covering of flooring and furniture to prevent
  damage during removal
  
  3. Track and structure preparation
  - Clean the tracks to remove accumulated debris, dirt or old
  lubricant
  - Tighten loose track fasteners and ensure the track alignment
  is straight and level
  - Verify that the track support drop rods and anchor plates are
  secure
