Description : The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital hereby invites interested suppliers to submit quotation for the supply and delivery of:

Supply, delivery and installation of Hospital Curtains with mesh 5 sets ₱ 9,500.00 ₱ 47,500.00
• Material: Polyester/Fabric (anti-bacterial & flame retardant)
• Curtain Size: at least 8ft (w) x 8ft (h)
• Mesh: at least 0.60m

Note:
1. Site inspection is needed for quotation purposes
2. Provide brochure for design and color options to be approved by the end-user.
3. Submit an inspection and test report verifying the fire-retardant and anti-bacterial properties of the curtains to be supplied.

Quotation must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat Office, New Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Tayuman St., Manila on or before May 13 , 2025.
