1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-PENRO Bannit, Payawan, Lamut, Ifugao,through the GAA of 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP657,500.00 )being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) to payments under the contract for the construction of Small Water Impounding System (Spring Development). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be authomatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-PENRO Bannit, Payawan, Lamut, Ifugao, now invites quotation for the above procurement project. Project completion is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have atleast completed a contract similar to the project.
