The Department of Science and Technology, Caraga, through its BAC intends to procure services for the Repair and maintenance of air-condition units in the DOST Caraga Regional Office for CY 2025 .

1. Check-up to be done monthly or as deemed necessary

2. Check-up for other defective air-condition units with service report

3. Service and completion report for cleaning of air conditioning units

4. Conduct of cleaning will be done once every quarter for the following unit:
- 3-units Wall Type @1,300/unit (3,900.00/qrt x 4)
- 12-units Window Type @800/unit (9,600.00/qrt x 4)
- 8-units Floor Mounted @1,300/unit (10,400.00/qrt x 4)
