Description : 1) Survey/Relocation of 5 lots
a. Survey & Relocation to establish the boundaries of the parcel/original lot.

c. Placement of concrete monuments (mohon) of the original & proposed lot.
d. Preparation of Technical Description to be indicated into plan.
e. Preparation of sketch plan, signed and verified by undersigned geodetic engineer.
2) Approval of Subdivision Plan of 5 Lots
a. Preparation, signing and sealing of subdivision plan
b. Preparation, signing and sealing technical description
c. Services to secure approve subdivision plan for the parcel/original lot
and portion/separated lot
Terms & Conditions:
a) That the SURVEYOR shall undertake the needed works based on
accepted and standard method, techniques and procedures of Geodetic works.
In the event that new technology or scientific way shall be use,
SURVEYOR shall notify the DISTRICT for its approval and said method
must not incur additional expenses to the DISTRICT.
