I. General Requirements
• The supplier must have been in the IT business for at least ten (10) years and is an authorized reseller of the product/unit being offered for at least three (3) years
• The supplier must have an active ISO 9001 certification at the time of the quotation
• The Smart Interactive Board Display, and all equipment and its components should be brand new (not clone, imitation, or illegally assembled), free from defects and seamlessly compatible to run as an integrated system. The brand must be globally recognized, and the latest product model offered in the market at the time of the bidding/quotation.
• The model-s spare parts and components should be available in the market for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the final acceptance.
• The Smart Interactive Boards are manufactured by an ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 certified company and continuously compliant for the past five (5) years prior to the bidding/quotation.
