REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Municipality of Matalom through its Bids and awards committee, intends to procure “Purchase of Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment/Gears and Other Related DRRM Rescue Equipment for LGU-Matalom, Leyte” for CY 2024 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
