Description : 1. The DOST-SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION INSTITUTE (DOST-STII), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit quotations for the project “Procurement of ICT Equipment” with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-two Pesos and 36/100 Only (Php135,742.36):

ICT Equipment:

1. Portable Interactive Display Php99,998.00
2. Wifi Router Php8,982.36
3. Portable power station 864Wh Solar Generator - Php26,762.00

2. Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 34) as prescribed under Rule IV - Modes of Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.

3. The project shall be awarded as separate contract per item.

4. Suppliers/contractors shall submit their quotations, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), on or before 08 July 2025...
