REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Municipality of Matalom through its Bids and awards committee, intends to procure “Procurement of Food Supplies for Matalom Community Hospital, Matalom, Leyte” for CY 2025 in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
