1. The DOST-SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION INSTITUTE (DOST-STII), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit proposal for the project "Procurement of consumable supplies (toner and ink cartridges) with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Two Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-one Pesos and 78/100 Only (Php204,751.78).

2. Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Shopping (Sec. 52.1 (b) as prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Methods of Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

3. Suppliers/consultants shall submit their proposals, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), on or before 14 August 2025 until 10:00 A.M. at the DOST-STII - BAC Secretariat - Property Section, 2nd Flr.
