TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. All entries must be typewritten or legibly written.
2. All pages must be duly signed.
3. Delivery period within 20 C. D. upon receipt of the approved funded Purchase Order (P. O.). Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 113 of the IRR-RA 12009 shall be for a minimum of non-delivery without a valid reason.
4. The supplier/manufacturer shall provide a comprehensive warranty of five (5) years for all delivered signage and equipment, effective from the date of final inspection acceptance by the end-user.
5. Price validity shall be for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
