Scope of work:
• Supply and installation of pvc fluted wall design 7.02 sq.m
• Removal of existing swing glass door and installation of wooden swing out door
• Installation of OSM TV with heavy duty swivel type holder including nailer at back wall with lighted LED
• Installation of 3 gang outlet and light switch

Site inspection is required.

Justification:
Improving the blank lobby wall with wall décor and a smart TV will enhance the area's visual appeal and provide an effective platform for sharing announcements and infomercials.
