Check-up of water system and preventive maintenance
I. 2nd Floor Pantry:
o Removal and replacement of waterline leak from below slab to sink supply
o Removal and replacement of angle valve
o Removal and replacement of flexible hose supply
II. Ground Floor Pantry
o Removal of damaged sink drain line
o Supply and installation of sink drain line
III. Ground Floor Female CR
o Dismantling of floor tiles due to water leak
o Supply and installation of wall tiles
o Repair of leak
o Restoration of wall due to chipping works
o Replacement of damaged ceiling acoustic boards
IV. Ground Floor Male CR
o Removal and Reinstallation of Existing Urinal
o Declogging of Urinal Line
V. Cleaning of Deep Well
