Procurement of Goods [Hand-held Radio Transceiver and Others]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand (P 170,000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Trust Fund CAF NO. 2025-88 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2511-633; Purchase Request No. 2025-003728. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 10 unit hand-held radio transceiver, 2 sets mobile base radio and 2 lots public address for Tagbilaran City Fire Station Hino Nikki Firetruck (plate no. SEY-136) and Nissan Condor Firetruck (plate no. SGT-619) for the BFP, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009.br...
